12.5%. Tasted blind. Strong oak creaminess, practically vanilla ice-cream. A bit of honey and nuttiness. Positive oxidation. Very young on the palate with refreshingly high acidity. No heft. Very brisk and lifted. Just lacking some mid-palate flavor, but certainly very stylish and long. Lots of personalities. It is true to its identity, which is definitely something that you taste once and will recognize it the next time. (Zekun Shuai)
